About Our Focus Areas

There’s a common refrain that rings throughout our work: focus, focus, focus.

We serve a wide variety of public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and values-driven companies who play key roles in making their communities better places. While our client base is broad, at the core we have a few areas of focus (shown on the left).

We bring the best of organizational development to these groups, and we also bring years of experience and the lessons of hundreds of clients.  In most cases, these are also the areas where we contribute our time and talent to our communities.  The vast majority of our sweat and toil will take place in these nine focus areas.
