Once upon a time in America, public service was an honored calling.  Sadly those days are gone.  Too often, elected officials are regarded with mistrust or scorn.

We understand that the vast majority of candidates are motivated to run for public office to do what they believe is best for their communities. Public service is a personal sacrifice. We also understand that it is a challenge for strong-minded, passionate people, elected independently, to work together as a group.

We are committed to supporting city councils, county commissions, and other elected bodies to be as effective as they can be.  We help them set realistic goals; deploy scarce resources; develop efficient and transparent processes to engage their citizens; and successfully deliberate and decide.  We help them to serve in the highest sense.
