Carri Munn Celebrates 5 Years with Decisions Decisions. It all began with the Chalkboard Project....Joe Hertzberg needed a research assistant to help document the innovative public policy collaboration of five Oregon foundations seeking to change education. Kay Sohl suggested he call Carri Munn. Fresh out of graduate school with an MPA in Nonprofit Management from PSU, Carri was already consulting part-time and secretly wished for work in organizational development - enter Joe Hertzberg. After a standard interview, Joe requested (as he tends to do) a letter from Carri summarizing her understanding of the project and her approach to the work. Nervous about the fact that she could only work about half the hours Joe was requesting, Carri submitted her proposal unsure about the outcome. Little did she know, however, that Mr. Hertzberg has an eye for talent and regardless of her already full schedule, he invited her to join him on chronicling the Chalkboard Project for the Kellogg Foundation. Three months later.....Carri officially joined Decisions Decisions as a part-time consultant. Five years later....Carri is still kicking butt consulting and has emerged as one of Decisions Decisions star consultants leading the way in the areas of community engagement and strategic planning. In the future, Carri is looking forward to building her practice in leadership development, human resources and organizational culture.
I think she look forward to build her practice in leadership development, human resources and organizational culture. It will bring more success for her.
